Jewel's Story

Our story is a story of love and of God's provision. Having three brothers of her own, our daughter, Faith, began praying for a sister at the age of two. In the spring of 2004, unknown to all of us, Faith's sister was in Ethiopia, praying for a family of her own. In December 2004, at the age of four and three, Faith and Jewel's prayers were answered. It was love at first sight for both of them! Our daughters are "joined at the hip" and they do absolutely everything together. Strangers and family alike marvel at their love for one another. God indeed answers the prayers of little ones. Our daughters' relationship is truly a match made in heaven! Thank you, WHFC, for being a part of our love story!
