We work directly with the Ethiopian Ministry of Women's Affairs as well as the Ministry of Justice. Our partner in Ethiopia is Dr. Tsegaye Berhe. For 30 years, he was Director of Child and Family Affairs for the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. Based on his background he is well versed in the issues of child welfare and is also well acquainted with Ethiopian Government officials involved in the process of adoptions.
