Program Currently on Hold

The Embassy & Consulate of Kazakhstan have temporarily stopped processing new dossiers, and therefore, WHFC is not currently accepting new dossiers for this program. It is not clear how long this suspension will be in effect. It is expected that dossier processing resume as soon as the government of Kazakhstan is completes a review of adoption cases which is currently underway. Please watch our website for updates.
