This program is open to married couples where both spouses are between the ages of 25-42 at the time of application to Korea; neither spouse may be more than 42 years of age (e.g. have not reached their 43rd birthday) at date of completed application to the Korea program. Age requirements may be more flexible for prospective adoptive parents who are Korean adoptees or of Korean-American heritage. Couples should have no more than 4 other children in the home and be married at least three years. Program open to families in Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, Florida and Rhode Island only. A parent-initiated option is available to those who live in New Jersey.
