WHFC has been working in Russia since 1992. In that time, we have placed 850 Russian children with adoptive families. We currently work in 9 regions - Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Bryansk, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Tyumen and Rostov-on-Don. Our extensive network of representatives, translators and guides are all available to help you build your family in Russia.
