Jennifer has worked in the Social Work field for 14 years. She joined the Western Massachusetts office of Wide Horizons For Children in 2004. Her areas of interst include pre-adoptive parent preparation, supporting families during the wait, attachment, and other post adoption topics. Jennifer earned her Masters degree in Social Work from Boston University. She is also a parent of two daughters who were born in China.

The newest member of the team, Nataliya was born and raised in Ukraine, and speaks fluent Ukranian as well as Russian. Nataliya received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and worked as a political journalist in Ukraine before coming to the U.S. Prior to joining Wide Horizons, she worked as a Russian language tutor for children, and is honored to be a part of the Russia program team.
