Humanitarian Aid Projects: Korea
According to the President of Holt International, our overseas partner, over 10,000 children are abandoned each year. Unfortunately, only 1,600 of these children are able to find families. In particular, orphans with disabilities are often those not chosen by families.

General Humanitarian Aid Support
WHFC continues to work with existing partners, in addition to sending agency representatives to Korea in order to identify new projects in desperate need of our funding. With your help, WHFC can continue to respond to the urgent needs of children in Korea.
Below are a few examples of what your support has made possible in recent years:
- General Support to Holt International
- A grant of $27,000 was made to the Ilsan Center to purchase a hydraulic bus used to transport handicap children, primarily those in wheel chairs
While the needs of children in Korea seem endless, with your help we can continue to make a world of difference. Please join us today by visiting our online donation page or contacting Lindsay Carver, Development Coordinator, at 781.419.0327 or lcarver@whfc.org.
