Although anyone who completes the online registration process for WHFC Horizon Kids can view profiles, you must be a current WHFC client with an approved home study and USCIS approval to be eligible for a match with a waiting child. Register now to become a WHFC client.

A dossier and certain pre-adopt education classes, including our older child and/or special needs adoption preparation, are also required in most cases before a match can take place.
