Becoming a WHFC Client
  1. The first step in becoming a WHFC client is to register with us. Once you complete the registration form, we will send you an application packet and instructions on how to begin your adoption journey. Please note that the $250 registration fee is non-refundable; for this reason, we ask that you follow a few simple steps before registering:

    1. 1. All programs have certain criteria that must be met before families can apply. If you have not already done so, review eligibility requirements by visiting our Programs at a Glance page. Click on the countries you are interested in for the most up-to-date information.
    2. 2. Fees for all programs and additional information about working with us can be found in the Adoption Services and Programs Guide.
    3. 3. When you are ready to move forward, register online by completing the required fields below. You may also download a PDF version of the registration form and mail it to us with your payment. Once you complete the registration, we will send you an application packet to begin the home study process.
